Changing Display Time

NEC 2000 with Security Code

1.  Press the TRF  button

2.  Press the CNF  button

3.  Press the * key on the keypad

4.  Press the TRF  button

5.  Press the CNF  button

6.  Press the # key on the keypad (the CNF, SPKR, FEATURE lamps will  be on & "CAT MODE" will be displayed on the LCD)

7. Press the REDIAL button.  ("COMMAND=" will be displayed on the LCD)

8. Press 03 from the keypad

9. Press the RECALL  button

10. Press 5 from the keypad

11. Press the RECALL  button

12. Press 2000 from the keypad

13. Press CNF button

14. Press the REDIAL button. ("COMMAND=" will be displayed on the LCD)

15. Press 02 from the keypad

16. Press the RECALL  button

17. Press 2 from the keypad

18. Press the RECALL  button

19. Enter the time: HH:MM:SS

20. If a mistake is made press HOLD to erase the last entry

21. Once finished press the CNF button to make your changes final.

22. Press REDIAL to return to step 14 if you want to enter another number. Pick up the receiver and replace to exit program mode if you are done.

 

Note:  If a mistake is made press HOLD to erase the last entry, or press ANS to go back one screen if you have already pressed the RECALL to write the incorrect entry.
