Customers with our maintenance contract do not get charged for a service call if we come out and find that the problem is with a telephone utility. In an emergency situation, we'll respond within 2 hours plus drive time.

direct dial pagers, cell phones, and a after hours answering service with
technicians' home phone numbers for those after hours emergencies. Before you
choose a telephone vendor, call their number after hours and see what response
you get! In an emergency situation, DCI guarantees it's on site response time
of two hours plus drive time. Caller must indicate a true emergency and
describe the problem.

answerback inter-com, speed dialing, one-button transfer, and conference calling
are designed to speed up your communications.

TRAINING. We come to your office to do live user training and necessary
follow-up to insure that your staff will use the system properly. Others may
hand you videotape or a manual.
· WE DON'T CUT
CORNERS. Saving a few dollars now by leaving out surge protection will cost you
much more in the long run. That is why we include surge protection for both AC
and phone lines, power failure transfer and sales tax in our price quotation.

IN SUBSEQUENT YEARS. After the warranty period, you will receive a letter from
us asking if you want to continue your service on either a fixed rate or time
and materials arrangement. Note: Fire, theft, and vandalism are not covered by
warranty or maintenance agreements. You should investigate your insurance
coverage of your communications equipment.

AUTHORIZED DEALER. Some dealers merely buy equipment from wholesalers or distributors
and resell it to you. We go to the extra expense of becoming Factory
Authorized, which requires sending technicians to school, required parts
stocking, and other minimum standards required by the manufacturer, which we
always exceed!
· GUARANTEE OF
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT CONTINUITY. DCI guarantees that a customer's maintenance
contract will never be canceled by DCI for any reason other than non-payment.
· OPTIONAL LIGHTNING PROTECTION. DCI offers "no cost" repairs to a customers' telephone system if it has been damaged by lightning, so long as the system is covered under DCI's optional lightning protection maintenance agreement.
